Maintenance Services
We offer a range of services to keep on top of the maintenance requirements for your air conditioning system such as;
- Filter changing/cleaning
- Cleaning evaporator coils
- Cleaning condensor coils
- Cleaning of outdoor components to ensure optimal operation
- Checking Refrigerant charge to ensure efficient operation of machine
- Checking temperatures and pressures
- Adjustment of components and Refrigerant charge as required to improve efficiency
- Keeping records of Maintenance and updating Log books in accordance with F-gas Regulation
Our basic service price is £90.00+VAT. This includes a filter clean, condensor clean and operational temperature check for a single split air conditioning system. Larger systems such as multi splits and VRV systems would need to be quoted for based on equipment installed.
