Chertsey Offices

A former historic Inn dating back to the early 1600’s recently converted to a unique office building with six separate office suites totalling 270m2 set over 2 floors. An interesting and complex project requiring us to hide over 500m of piping and electrical supply under floors and through ceiling voids. Outside we specified and installed the latest 6 no. Mitsubishi R32 units linked to a total of 8 no. Mitsubishi indoor units – the two largest offices requiring twin split units to ensure effective distribution. As the primary source of all year round heating and cooling, our installation maintains a temperature range from 16°C to 30°C.
